2HA Vineyard and Winery

The top wine of the winery is a blend of four grape varieties, each harvested by hand into 12 kg boxes and carefully selected both in the vineyard and before destemming. The vinification process for each variety occurs separately, with spontaneous fermentation in open wooden vats at controlled temperatures. Aging takes place in small 225-liter barriques for 13 to 16 months, depending on the grape variety. After aging, the master blend is assembled in a wooden tank for a few months. The wine is bottled without clarification or filtration.
