Varietal wine from the benchmark grape variety of the winery with 2HA being the winery that introduced Sangiovese to Hungary. Harvested by hand into 12 kg boxes and carefully selected both in the vineyard and before destemming. The vinification process occurs with spontaneous fermentation in open wooden vats at controlled temperatures. Aging takes place in small 225-liter barriques for 12 months, then the wine is bottled without clarification or filtration. It undergoes a minimum of 12 months of bottle aging before being released to the market.
