Pét-Nat (pétillant naturel = lightly sparkling, natural) is the predecessor of sparkling wine. The fermenting must is bottled during fermentation when the residual sugar reaches 12 g/L. Generosa (a cross of Ezerjó and Red Traminer) and Rozália (a cross of Olaszrizling and Red Traminer, bred by Károly Bakonyi, who also created Cserszegi Fűszeres) are Hungarian varieties with a Red Traminer base, which is why they were blended together.
