Sanzon Tokaj is a small boutique winery located in the village of Erdőbénye, in the heart of Tokaj. Founded by Erika Rácz in 2014, the winery began on a modest 0.3-hectare parcel inherited from her parents.
Today, Sanzon Tokaj has expanded to include five vineyard sites, with Erika serving as the winemaker. Born and raised in Tokaj, she is dedicated to showcasing the richness of the region’s unique terroir through her low-intervention winemaking approach. The winery specializes in the region’s two most celebrated grape varieties: Furmint and Hárslevelű, focusing on achieving a harmonious balance in every bottle while highlighting the fruit characteristics and the influence of oak barrel maturation.
