Furmint has many faces in the Pannon region. In Somló it has a unique one. The soils of Somló are always expressed in smoky and truly complex Furmint wines. This wine is spontaneously fermented. It was aged for 8 months in 500-litre Hungarian and French barrels. The wine is unfiltered and unclarified. The palate is soft and creamy with a vibrant minerality. This is a wine that will age well and goes well with creamy dishes, pork and fish.
