The “Purple Sun” Pét Nat is a vibrant and natural sparkling wine made from hand-harvested Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Its name reflects its radiant violet-rosé color and the optimism of “after rain comes sun.” The free-run juice was spontaneously fermented in stainless steel until 12 g/L of residual sugar remained, then bottled on September 30th to complete fermentation with its natural yeasts.
Traditional méthode ancestrale, undisgorged, retaining fine lees for a slightly cloudy appearance. Best served well-chilled, it offers a lively and authentic sparkling experience.
